Educating Future Leaders was founded in 2007 by Western Washington University business student, Jason Kloster. His vision was to create a leadership program focusing on high school and college students. EFL provides services such as: youth mentoring, public speaking engagements, personal coaching, ropes course facilitation, affiliate program networking, marketing and promotions for other youth programs, and teen leadership camps.

Jason graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, concentration in management. He has gone through Klemmer and Associates extensive leadership development training and has coached various groups of people, including adults and teens. He has worked at Western Washington University as a Leadership Development Program Assistant and is a Lead Ropes Course Facilitator at WWU where he co-designs and facilitates leadership trainings for students. The coaching techniques he uses embrace goal setting, team building, accountability, and one-on-one personal connections. Jason was a lead staff member for Klemmer and Associates teen leadership camp, co-designed and facilitated a youth leadership development camp called Vision Quest, worked as a program lead for the Boys and Girls Club of America, served as a Team Leader and Senior Team Leader for Klemmer and Associates Samurai Camp, served as a staff member for outdoor adventure camps, and developed other leadership programs based on EFL's principles.
